Little Talks - Of Monsters and Men - Official Acoustic Music Video- Julia Sheer & Jon D - on iTunes
Julia Sheer & Jon D cover of Of Monsters and Men by Little Talks is amazing. Julia Sheer & Jon D sound great as a duet with complimentary voices. The video is equally amazing. There always seems to be something magical about a sunset/sunrise. Though it looks like it was quite cold when they shot. Jon gets a The North Face coat and Julia gets nothing?
"Beauty And A Beat" - Justin Bieber (Alex Goot, Kurt Schneider, and Chrissy Costanza Cover)
Back from a quick hiatus with this really awesome cover of Justin Beiber’s song Beauty and the Beat by Alex Goot, Kurt Schneider, and Chrissy Costanza. It’s always amazing just the sheer talent that exists out there. The fact that if it weren’t for the internet, or some singing competitions, these people would never be heard. While Alex Goot sounds amazing as always, I’m blown away by some of the runs that Chrissy does.
Merry Christmas to everyone. If you’re looking for some great Christmas music, I’ve put together a small playlist of Christmas songs from several amazing artists on YouTube such as Tiffany Alvord, Alyssa Bernal, and Dave Days.
Thank God For Christmas- Original Song- Jess Moskaluke
Christmas is just one of those magical times of year. There are a plethora of classic Christmas songs out there, but it’s great to hear covers of the classics, and even new original Christmas songs. Jess Moskaluke has one of the most recognizable voices on YouTube with her full rich tone of her voice. Love hearing original music from her.
Getting any group of people to sing together and harmonize can be really difficult. But these guys sound really good. And one of the few to do a full version, not just acoustic. The video was shot really well too.
These girls have been really making a name for themselves. As I mentioned in the first video, harmonizing, when done right, is amazing. It’s really evident at the end when they sing acapella.
These just got signed to a label which is really cool. Their version has a really cool indie rock feel. So many IKYWT covers are acoustic and the style in which The Vamps did theirs really sets them apart from every other acoustic version.
Riley is just killer on her vocals. She’s got a lot of attitude, and that is always a plus when covering Taylor Swift. Jrice’s vocals are so smooth, leaving you wanting more of his voice.
Alex’s video deserves it’s category. The part where she is secretly following a guy and hiding behind a magazine is hilarious. And Eppic adding his rap always elevates covers to a whole new awesome level.
